Way to put that in a "shit sandwich" You would be a good complaint letter writer :)
So any suggestions for how I CAN wear my hair this summer that keeps it out of my face and off my neck?
LOL Please! Do I look like the person that can give hair advice? I'm lucky I can wash my hair, let alone do anything to it!
Get it cut super short - you totally have the eyes and features to pull it off.
I had it super short last summer. Now I'm trying to grow it out, because when it was short, it took so much work. I prefer it long so I can just slap it in a pony tail and go about my business. But it has hit that horrible in between stage right as it got hot so now I'm at a loss what to do with it.

I like the pig tails...its a great way to keep your hair back...and you are old enough to pull it off (I can't since I already look 15!). I wore a lot of headbands/bandanas when my hair was that length.
Let me remind you...You are the FEARLESS FREAK...wear pony tails if you want. Who cares what other people think. I'm been totally thinking about it myself.
